Pasta Salad with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Salami and Cheese

An incredibly delicious and hearty pasta salad!




1 pound farfalle, fusilli or any short pasta 1(8oz)jar oil packed sun dried tomatoes, drained and chopped ¼ red wine vinegar ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 1 small garlic clove, minced 8 ounces salami or pepperoni, chopped or cut into matchsticks 8 ounces swiss cheese, cubed ½ teaspoon each slat and pepper

Cook pasta until al dente in salted water, drain. Whisk together in a large bowl of oil, vinegar, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, slat and pepper. Add hot pasta and salami to dressing in bowl, toss. Let cool then add cheese.
