2 chicken breasts, diced
two boxes of rigatoni noodles
1 65oz jar of artichoke hearts, drained
2 16oz jars of sun dried tomatoes
3 Tbsp basil
1/8 cup of sugar
1 cup of oil, divided, preferred conola
step1. put water over heat and add 3/4 cup of cooking oil to the water, i do this to keep the noodles from sticking. while you let that come to boil - dice chicken put over heat with your choice of 1/4 cup of cooking oil and add 3 tbsps of basil. stirring occasionally
step2. drain both jars of sun dried tomatoes and the artichoke hearts.
step3. pour both boxes of noodles into the water that should be at a boil, stir frequently.
step4. once the chicken is done add the artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, and sugar cook on low heat for fifteen mins.
step5. drain the noodles bring back to the pot add your goodies to the noodles, now comes the hard part stirring the ingredients with the noodles till its all well mixed, and its ready to serve.
