Fettuccine Alfredo


1 pint heavy cream
1 stick of butter
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1/2 to 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder


Combine butter, cream cheese, and heavy cream in a sauce pan. Simmer until melted and mixed well. Add parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer this for 15 to 20 minutes on low. You can add milk to think it out if it is too thick. Pour over fettuccine.
