One box/bag any style pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
One yellow squash (chopped)
One zucchini (chopped)
One jar tomato sauce
Two cloves garlic
One grated carrot
8 chopped mushrooms
Two chopped turkey sausages
Add other veggies to taste: tomatoes, corn, onions, etc. . .
Use a large pot to boil water for the pasta. In a large skillet or wok, add the olive oil with garlic and onions. Stir for 5 minutes once hot. Pour in jar of spaghetti sauce. Add all chopped vegetables and sausage. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over cooked and drained pasta. Finish with grated cheese. Can be stored and enjoyed at a later time that week.
