1 bottle of red wine
3 cinnamon sticks
Pinch ground nutmeg
8 whole cloves
1 orange, quartered, reserving the peel first for serving
½ cup packed light brown sugar

1. Add a bottle of red wine, 3 cinnamon sticks, pinch ground nutmeg, 8 whole cloves, 1 orange, peeled and quartered and ½ cup light brown sugar to the work bowl.
2. Secure Cooking Lid with Steam Cap in place. The cooking time is set to 2 hours at 190°F.
3. Strain out oranges and spices if desired.
