1 bag of fresh cranberries
2 cups sugar
½ cup chopped celery (optional)
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
4 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
1 small carton of Cool Whip (or adjust amount to your taste)
Grind cranberries in food grinder or processor. Add sugar, mix well and let set for approx 2-3- hours. Add all other ingredients except Cool Whip... then fold it in last. Pour into a mold or container of choice and freeze. I use a holiday mold and it goes from freezer to the table... enjoy!
