1 lg. bag Pepperidge Farms dressing mix (seasoned) 2 eggs 1 can chicken broth 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. poultry seasoning ¼ tsp. pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can chicken broth
Mix together the first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Saute’ the 4 ingredients in skillet sprayed with cooking spray until fork tender. Pour into the dressing mix and mix well. Shape into small balls and place in crock pot that has been sprayed with cooking spray and refrigerate overnight. The next day, whisk together the last 2 ingredients and pour over dressing balls. Cook in crock pot at low for 2-3 hours. Serve one dressing ball with gravy per person.
