Brunswick Stew

Serve in bowls with cornbread in base of bowl or on the side.

Ingredients

3-4lb Boston butt pork roast
4-5 baking potatoes
1 onion
1 can cream corn
1 canw hole corn (both with their juices)
1 bottle BBQ sauce (your choice)
2 cans diced tomatos with their juices

Add to taste:
honey
pepper
garlic powder
tobasco
vinegar
ketchup
liquid smoke
brown sugar.

Instructions

Slow cook pork butt after browning all sides. Can add rub for 4 hours on low. Remove, leaving juices in pot, shred and return to pot. Cube and boil potatoes until 75% cooked, saute the onion and ad both to pot along with the canned ingredients. Add the remaining items in small portions until you achieve desired flavor. Cook on low another 4 hours and serve with corn bread.
