Hammy Asparagus Quiche

Ham and Asparagus Quiche


2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 9-inch pastry shell, partially baked
2 green onions, chopped
1 pound fresh asparagus
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven on 375 degrees F.
Sprinkle ham and green onion evenly in pie shell. Arrange asparagus spears spoke-fashion evenly over ham and green onions. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, cream, salt, pepper, dill and seasoning salt until mixed by not frothy. Pour over ham mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
