1lb organic ground meat 3 cups cubed butternut squash (½ thick in diameter) 1 can organic black beans 1 can organic pinto beans 5 garlic cloves ¾ cup chopped red onion 14.5oz can organic diced tomatoes 14.5oz can organic tomato sauce 1 can water 3tbs tomato paste ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 1tbs chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1-2tbs olive oil

In a large pot, put olive oil and set heat on low to medium. First, cook onion and garlic for 2-4 minutes until translucent. Next, add ground meat and butternut squash and cook for about 10-12 minutes stirring throughout. Now, add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil, then set on low heat and simmer for another 10-12 minutes, until butternut squash is tender. Serve with fresh sliced avocado, Greek yogurt or shredded mozzarella cheese.
