Tender Chicken with a fabulous gravy you can't resist. Goes well with mashed potatoes,peas or glazed carrots and fresh dinner rolls.
8 boneless chicken
1 can chicken broth
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1-2 teaspoon thyme
1-2 Tbsp corn starch
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Brown chicken in butter and olive oil set aside for a minute while you get the sauce all together and mixed up.
Add corn starch to chicken broth mix well pour over chicken in pan cooking on medium heat. Add heavy whipping cream and thyme cook till thickens for the gravy. and chicken finishes cooking.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice
