1 Lb. ground turkey
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup softened sweet potato
1.5 teaspoon curry
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 Tbs. olive oil for cooking

Directions:
Put all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into palm-sized patties. Put 1-2 Tbs. of olive oil in a non-stick pan. Cook turkey burgers over low to medium heat for 8-10 minutes depending on thickness. Make sure burgers are cooked through and no longer pink. Serve over a gluten free fun, on top of a salad, or on the side with roasted veggies.
