This is an old family recipe, it can change your mind about salmon, everyone loves it.
Ingredients
1 (14-oz.) can salmon, drained and de-boned
2 egg
½ cup chopped onions
1 Pkg Saltine Crackers, crushed
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into 8 patties. In large skillet, heat ¼-inch oil. Form into patties, Cook salmon patties until golden brown, turning once. I also add a little milk if to stiff. You can also use cooked shredded fresh salmon.
