It's a comfort food that can be served many ways. This is the way I used to make hamburgers when I was a teen (meatball style). One day I had a lot of leftover rice and decided to add it to the mix and it turned into a family favorite. Serve however you like. I've had these on their own, on hamburger buns and even served with gravy and bread. All are delicious! I've also tried this recipe with ground turkey, ground venison or pork.
1 lb of ground beef ½ cup of dry rice simmered in water and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for 15 minutes and cooled. 1 clove of garlic, minced 1 tablespoon of Italian parsley, minced ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon of salt Pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients and form into hamburgers with a hamburger press. Heat up an indoor grill/press and place hamburgers on it. Grill for a few minutes on each side until hamburger is no longer pink inside.
