The trick to these is to not put too much cream cheese on the salami slice, just enough to hold the roll together.

Simply spread ¼ teaspoon of cream cheese along the edge of a slice of salami, about the size of dime. Then starting on the opposite edge, roll the salami tightly and press down slightly. Serve. The hard part is keeping the adults' hands off of them long enough for the children to grab one. It really helps when the children are hungry and you need more time to finish dinner.
