A delicious colorful healthy dinner for the whole family poured over the starch of your choice.
pack of Aidells Chicken Sausage
1 can of roasted tomatoes or fresh if available
large squash/large zucchini
1 teaspoon of garlic
Feel free to add other vegetables that are in season or your favorites.
Serve over orzo or brown rice with pineapple as the side dish.
350 cal per 1 1/2 cups over rice.
I like to use the Cuisinart skillet to grilled the sliced veggies/ pan fry the sausage links cut into 1/2 in pieces.
Once meat is cooked, add the rest and simmer this dish on low for a half hour.
