A refreshing take on the Thanksgiving cranberry: Cranberry Salsa with cilantro, honey, etc.
12oz fresh cranberries
½c diced onion
1diced green pepper
2teaspoon chili powder
1teaspoon grd cumin
1teaspoon fresh grd pepper
½teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼c chopped cilantro
Tabaisco to taste

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Place ⅓ of salsa in Cuisinart. Blend until smooth. Return mixture to bowl. Stir well. Once in serving bowl, garnish with orange zest.
Serve as garnish/relish for turkey OR
double recipe to serve as appetizer with tortilla chips.
