Ingredients


1 whole turkey breast
2 small boxes sugur free cranberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 small packet dry onion soup mix

Instructions

Place the turkey breast skin side up in the slow cooker. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water & pour over the turkey. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over all. Cover & cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Reduce heat to LOW and cook for 3 hours more, until the turkey is tender.
