Pork Roast with tropical Fruit served on a bed of rice
2 lb.pork roast
2 packs of dried tropical fruit
1 large can of apple juice

Cut pork roast into 1 inch thick pieces.Put 2 to 4 pieces in to slow cooker on bottom then place 1/4 cup tropical fruit on top. Continue to layer until it's all in. Pour full can of apple juice in.Put lid on and cook on med.high for 2 1/2 hours,or until meat is and tender. Cook rice and place on plate cover with pork roast. Serves about 8 people.
