These are great as meal or leave out the tortilla and make it a salad. It is so good!
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
10 or 16 oz of Cole slaw mix
3 tablespoon of oil
3 tablespoon vinegar (white or cider)
2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon of chopped jalapenos
2 teaspoon minced ginger
2 teaspoon teriyaki
1 small can on mandarin oranges
¼ cup of crispy chow mein noodles
1 bag of minute rice

Mix 1lb chicken sliced or cubed, ¼ cup teriyaki sauce, 2 tablespoon orange juice, 2 tablespoon crushed garlic. Combine in bowl and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
Mix 10 or 16 oz of Cole slaw mix, 3 tablespoon of oil, 3 tablespoon vinegar (white or cider), 2 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoon of chopped jalapenos, 2 teaspoon minced ginger, 2 teaspoon teriyaki. Mix sauce, add Cole slaw and mix well.
Sauté chicken and cook white rice.
Assemble tortilla: little chicken, some slaw, some rice.
Roll like a burrito
