Great mix of Mediterranean (tahini, sesame seeds) and Asian (Soy Sauce). This marinade gives grilled meats a sweat, tangy, fragrant crust.
2 TBS sesame seeds, toasted in a dry skillet until fragrant. (Don't burn them!)
1 bunch of green onions, or about ½ or 1 onion, chopped
4-8 cloves garlic (to taste)
1-2 TBS tahini (to taste)
½ C soy sauce
½ C white sugar
¼ red wine vinegar
½ TSP ground pepper
