1 lb of sliced beef - top sirloin steak
2 Green Onions
½ an Onion
½ cup of Brown Sugar
½ cup of Soy Sauce
1 Garlic Clove shopped finely
2 Tbsp of White Wine
2 Tbsp of Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
1. Combine, brown sugar, garlic, wine, sesame seeds and sesame oil.
2. Pour over beef and onions marinade 2 hours.
3. Cook quickly in small batches and serve over rice.
