These meatballs are spicy, yet not too spicy, a little crunchy, and with lots of flavor.

3 pounds of ground chuck
1 cup grated Italian bread crumbs
3 cloves garlic
Pinch of Salt and pepper
Basil and Parsley
Dash of crushed red pepper
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Olive oil for pan

1. Place all ingredients in Cuisinart Stand Mixer and blend on low.
2. After blended, form balls into approx ping pong ball size.
3. Fry in pan of hot olive oil, drain and cool.
