This is one of my favorite weekly, quick dinner meals that everyone enjoys.
2 T. fresh ginger minced
1 clove garlic minced
2 T. sesame oil
¼ c. light Teriyaki sauce
1 lb. ground turkey breast
2 T. minced cilantro (mint or basil are nice substitutions too)
4 English muffins
I think 150-200 Calories per serving for the burger minus bread
Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Heat your grill pan
Toast your english muffins
Cook burgers on each side for 3 minutes and done!! Enjoy!
