Juicy, lean, tenderloin that is easy enough for preparing for guests so the cook may enjoy the meal. You may want to experiment with other seasonings of your choice, such as soy sauce or lemon pepper, etc. You may even want to use your favorite sauce for pork when you serve the dish. 2.5 lb. pork tenderloin
⅓ cup Hellman's mayonnaise
Italian seasoning or seasoned salt of your choice
Pepper to taste
sprinkle of Worcestershire, if desired

Prepare iron Dutch oven by lining with foil. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Rub mayonnaise on pork tenderloin.
Tie tenderloin. Sprinkle seasoning and pepper on meat. Sprinkle a little Worcestershire, optional. Put in prepared pan. Place in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cut the oven off and do not open the oven door for 1 hr. Remove and serve.
