Chicken and Rice Bake

An easy meal when you’re busy.




4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 Envelope of Lipton’s Garlic and Herb Seasoning 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 ½ Cups instant rice (I use brown rice) 3 Cups water Salt and Pepper to taste (optional) Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9X13 baking dish put rice, water, cream of chicken soup and half to ¾ of the Garlic & Herb Seasoning mix. Place the rest of the seasoning mix in small bowl and add olive oil to make a paste (not too thick). Place chicken on top of rice mixture brush a little of the paste mixture on each chicken breast and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour. (you may use other seasonings to your liking to spice it up a bit)
