Cajun Shrimp Pasta




1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 t Cajun seasoning ½ t salt 1 T olive oil Zest of ½ a lemon 1 lb Pasta, cooked to package instructions, such as linguini ¼ c olive oil 6 cloves of garlic, minced 1 t salt, divided ½ t red pepper flakes 1 c Parmesan cheese, shredded

Shrimp: Mix all ingredients together and put on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes at 375 Pasta: In a large sauté pan, add oil, garlic, ½ teaspoon of salt and red pepper flakes. Saute garlic just until softened and remove from heat. Add pasta, cheese and ½ teaspoon of salt and toss to coat. Add shrimp on top and serve.
