BBQ - Buffalo Bluecheese Burger

Very spicy / tangy burgers




Two pounds of ground buffalo (could substitute beef) one cup of blue cheese crumbles one medium sized yellow / sweet onion four cloves of garlic, crushed four tablespoons of HP sauce (English version of A1 sauce)

Using a Cuisinart hand blender such as the wand or smartstick mix the garlic, quarter of the onion and the HP sauce to form a paste. Take two pounds of ground buffalo (could substitute beef) and knead like dough with a finely chopped onion and 1 cup of blue cheese and the paste from above. Add ¼ cup of flour if mix is too loose. Break off into medium sized balls and form into patties about ½ inch thick. Cook over medium heat grill (paint grate with peanut or other oil) directly for about six minutes Per side, turn 45 degrees part way thru both sides to keep loose from grill.
