Sausage Chili


1 lb. ground beef or stew beef cut-up
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. kielbasa sausage, sliced diagonally
1 15 oz. can beans of your choice, drained ( I like pinto)
2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 small jar picante sauce
1 12 oz. can spicy vegetable juice
1 stale bottle of beer, your choice
Shredded Mexican blend cheese for garnish


Brown the beef and onion in a skillet, drain. Add the remaining ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve in bowls or top onto burgers or hot dogs. Garnish with shredded Mexican blend cheese.
