Easy Crock-Pot Pulled Pork

Ingredients

Pork shoulder roast,(mostly white meat)
1 garlic clove minced
1 cup water
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon each salt and pepper


Instructions

Place meat in crock-pot, add all ingredients and cook on low for 10 hours. When done cool and shred with fingers or forks and discard any fat.
Return to crock-pot and heat until ready to eat.
