1 bag Frozen Onions & Peppers
1 Bag Frozen Asian Vegetables
1 Pound: chicken, Beef or Shrimp
3 Oz Olive Oil
1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Garlic (to Taste)
1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Sault (to Taste)
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (Low Sodium cam be substituted)
Low Fat, High in Fiber, & Protein
1. Heat olive oil in a frying Pan and brown onions & peppers.
2. Add Meat, garlic, seasoning salt, asian vegetables, and soy sauce.
