1 can of condensed milk
2 cans of evaporated milk
½ cup of sugar
1 teaspoon Real Vanilla Extract
4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 350. Place sugar on pan over low heat until it melts and it's caramel colored. Pour into cake pan and it let cool. Separate eggs, beat egg whites until fluffy, leave aside. Wisk 4 egg yolks with condensed milk and evaporated milk. Add vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Incorporate egg whites. Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let it cool for six hours or overnight. Invert into plate and enjoy.
