2 Graham Cracker Crusts
3 Sweet Potatoes
3 Blocks of Cream Cheese, softened
3 Eggs
3 Tbsp Cinnamon
3 Tbsp Vanilla
¼ Cup of Sugar

Pre-heat oven to 350. Warm sweet potatoes until soft. Scoop insides into a bowl. Mix sweet potatoes with cream cheese, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar. Pour into pie crusts. Top with cinnamon (optional). Bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes.
