Strawberry Salad

Very versatile dish. Eat as a side dish at Thanksgiving or Christmas. Eat as a dessert in the summer.

Ingredients

2 small pkgs strawberry jello 1 cup boiling water 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained 2 pts. frozen strawberries, defrost 4 mashed bananas 1 cup walnut pieces 1 pt. sour cream

Instructions

Using a large bowl, add jello and boiling water. Stir until jello is dissolved. Add pineapple, strawberries, bananas, and walnuts. Pour half the mixture into a 9 X 12 glass baking dish. Refrigerate until firm. Spread sour cream over chilled mixture. Add remaining jello mixture on top of sour cream. Refrigerate and chill until firm.
