Creamy, creamy pineapple ice cream with a hint of rum.
10 to 12 bowl fulls
2 C. Whipping Cream
4 C. Half and Half
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 C. Boiling Water
2 Sm boxes Pineapple gelatin
1 btl. Pina Colada Mixer
1 t. Coconut flavoring
2 t. Rum flavoring

1. Scald first three ingredients. Set aside and cool down.
2. Dissoved gelatin in water and set aside and cool down.
3. Mix together milk ingredients, gelatin and remaining ingredients in large pitcher or container and chill for several hours or overnight until ready to make in Ice Cream freezer.
