½ c. (one stick) butter or margarine
1½ c. dark brown sugar, packed,
⅓ c. sugar, &
½ c. creamy peanut butter
three eggs
1 teaspoon. baking powder,
1 teaspoon. salt, &
1⅔ c. flour

Instructions
Melt: ½ c. (one stick) butter or margarine in a mixing bowl.
Blend in:
1½ c. dark brown sugar, packed,
⅓ c. sugar
½ c. creamy peanut butter
Beat in: three eggs.
Stir in:
1 teaspoon. baking powder,
1 teaspoon. salt, &
1⅔ c. flour
Scrape into a greased 8x8 pan.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 35-40 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 16 blondies.
