MOCK PEANUT BRITTLE

I created this wonderful treat at Christmas time and now it's a family favorite. You just have to try it.

Ingredients

4 C. Golden Puff Cereal ½ C. Sugar ½ C. Karo Syrup 1 teaspoon. Vanilla ½ C. Peanuts

Instructions

Combine: sugar, syrup & peanut butter in a glass bowl. Microwave 3-4 min. stirring once while cooking. Stir in vanilla and fold in cereal and peanuts. Quickly spread into a lightly greased 8x8 pan. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy!
