2 c. flour 2c firmlypacked light brown sugar ½ c chopped walnuts 1 c buttermilk 1 lg. egg 1 teaspoon. vanilla 1 teaspoon. baking soda 1 teaspoon. baking powder ½ teaspoon. salt

Preheat oven to 350". Coat 13x9 w pam. Combine dry ig. and butter blend with pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Set aside 1 cup of mix for topping.combine buttermilk, egg, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder and salt in med. bowl whisk until smooth Add buttermilk mix to flour mix, stir until smooth. Pour into prepared pan, speading to smooth top. Sprinkle with reserved flour mix. Bake 30 min or utnil done Cool on wire rack. Serve warm.
