HARVEST CHIPPERS

This is a chocolate chip cookie with a hint of butterscotch flavor. Created for my wonderful children at Halloween time.

Ingredients

½ C. Sugar ½ C. Brown Sugar ½ C. Margarine ¼ C. Butterscotch Chips, melted ½ teaspoon. Vanilla 1 Egg 1 C. Flour ¾ C. Oatmeal Flour 1 teaspoon. Baking Soda ¼ teaspoon. Salt ½ C. Pecans chopped fine ¾ C. Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Melt margarine with butterscotch chips. Add egg and sugars and blend well. Add all other ingredients and stir well. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake on 350 degrees for 9 min.
