Fresh Apple/Cranberry Cake

Very easy but delicious cake. Can be used as desert or coffee cake.

2 eggs 1½ cups Veg. Oil ½ cup brown sugar 2 cups white sugar 3 cups flour dash nutmeg 1½ teaspoon. soda 1 teaspoon. salt 1 cup chopped walnuts 1½ cups craisins 3 cups chopped fresh apple 1 teaspoon. cinnamon 1 teaspoon. vanilla

Beat together eggs, sugars and oil. Combine sifted flour with soda, salt and spices. Add to egg mixture and add vanilla, walnuts, apples and craisins. Bake in tub cake pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350. Let cake cool in pan 10 minutes before removing from pan.
