A snack size white cake covered with your favorite fruit and a dollop of whipped cream.

2 Cups flour 2 Tsp. Baking powder ¼ Tsp. Salt 4 Tbsp. Butter ¾ Cup Sugar 1 large egg ¾ Cup Milk 1 Tsp. Vanilla

All depends upon the type of fruit used


Using large mixer bowl add the following ingredients: 2 Cups Flour 2 Tsps. Baking Powder ¼ Tsp. Salt 4 Tbsp.Butter ¾ Cup Sugar 1 Egg ¾ Cup Milk 1 Tsp. Vanilla Mix all ingredients together in bowel and pour into greased 8" X 8" pan. While cake is baking, place 2 cups of your favorite frozen fruit into a bowl ad ½ Cup sugar, cover fruit, let fruit stand and make some juice in bowl. Let this mixture sit out at room temperature till cake is done. Then spoon fruit over the cake and add a dollop of Whipped Cream, if desired.
