3 8 oz. Packages Cream Cheese 3 Eggs ¾ Cup Sugar 1 teaspoon. Vanilla 2 Rolls (20 oz. ea) chocolate chip refrigerated cookie dough

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together all above ingredients except cookie dough. Slice 1 roll of cookie dough in ½" to ¾" slices and lay on bottom of greases 9X13 pan. Press together to cover bottom of pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over cookie dough and spread evenly. Slice 2nd roll of cookie dough and arrange on top of cream cheese mixture. Do not press together. Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and center is slightly firm. Cool and refrigerate. These cookies are even better the next day when the flavors have had a chance to meld. They freeze very well. They taste best if allowed to warm to room temperature prior to serving.
