2½ c. flour
1 c. sugar
1c. finely chopped pecans
1c. unsalted butter
10oz. blueberry jam
1teaspoon. lemon rind

1. Using a pastry blender cut in cold butter into flour until fine crumbs Add sugar, pecans, egg, and mix well.
2. Save out 1 cup of mixture.
3. Press remaining ingredients into 8-inch baking pan and spread on the blueberry jam.
4. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
