Chocolate Orange Fudge

This is a great way to bring a little more flavor to a traditional fudge.

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 - 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk 1 envelope of orange flavored unsweetened drink mix (such as Kool-Aid) 1 cup chopped, toasted walnuts 1 teaspoon. vanilla extract

Spray an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan with non-stick spray then line with plastic wrap (this will allow you to lift the fudge out later). Toast the walnuts in a small, dry skillet for about 2 minutes or until they become aromatic. Be careful not to burn them. Remove from pan and allow to cool before chopping. Pour chocolate chips, condensed milk and drink mix into medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Warm over lowest possible heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla extract. Quickly spread into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Using plastic wrap, lift from pan; remove plastic. Cut into pieces.
