1 cup (150g) plain flour
½ cup self- raising flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
125g melted and cooled butter
3 whisked eggs
2 ripe bananas

preheat oven 180C, grease and line 11x21x6 loaf tin.
combine flours, sugar, cinnamon in large bowl. Add whisked eggs and butter into bowl, mix until combined. Add cut/ mashed banana. Pour mixture into tin and smooth surface. Bake for 35-45 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
