Pineapple Upside Down

Easy and moist Pineapple Upside Down"


Yellow box cake mix
3 eggs
1 can Pineapple rings
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar


In a 9x13 baking dish line first with 1 stick butter cut into pieces and covering bottom then layer 1 cup brown sugar on top of brown sugar, then layer pineapple rings on top of brown sugar
Yellow Box cake mix add 3 eggs, 1 stick softened butter, and juice from pineapple rings, blend together until smooth
Pour ingredients on top of pineapple rings
Bake at 350' for 30 min until knife comes out clean.
Invert cake on to a dish
