3 Eggs separated
1/2 Cup Sugar
Juice of 1 1/2 Lemons
1/2 Pt Whipping Cream
Crushed vanilla wafers
Put egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice in top of double boiler and boil until thick. Cool mixture and add beaten egg whites and beaten whipping cream. Crush vanilla wafers and line the bottom of a tray with crumbs. Pour mixture on top and then top with more crumbs. I use an the bottom part of an ice cube tray.
