Lemon Angel Delight

An easy-to-make, light, and lemony spring dessert that goes with almost anything."


1 prepared angel food cake, shredded
2 pkg cook and serve Lemon Pudding Mix
1 pint whipping cream, whipped


Prepare lemon pudding according to package directions. Cool slightly. In a large bowl, stir hot pudding into shredded angel food cake. Add whipped cream. Beat on high speed until thoroughly mixed and light. Pour into jello mold and refrigerate until set, about four hours. Unmold and serve.
