Crustless Brownie Pie


1 C sugar
1/2 C flour
1/4 C cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 C margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 C chopped nuts


Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, powder, margarine, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Beat until well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread batter in 9” greased pie plate.
Bake for 35-40 minutes on 325º. Pie will puff and then fall. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream
