Dessert Kabobs

Holiday dessert


2 dozen fresh strawberries
2 fresh kiwis
1 dozen mini cream puffs
angel food cake mix
1 dozen skewers
3 ounces of dark chocolate, melted


Wash strawberries and remove stems.

Peel kiwi and slice into thin slices.

Mix angel food cake as directed on box and bake in two 13x9 baking pans lined with parchment paper until golden brown. Cool and cut into 1 inch squares.

Place cake onto skewer, kiwi slice, strawberry, cream puff, then another strawberry. After completing a dozen of these, place on wire rack and drizzle with melted chocolate.
